We try to reduce potential delivery risks for our customers, which is why we ship orders in discreet packaging to selected countries with enhanced post office control. If you have not received your package and we have not collected it, and 40 business days have passed, we will resend your package once and free of charge.
If the address is located within the European Union, the package will not go through customs control because the shipment is made from the EU.
